    How to make a perfect Ashmara every time

Add in one cup of adventure and rainbows into a unicorn mug. Slowly stir in four teaspoons of icing sugar and two teaspoons of typo and Asian food. Gently drop in two doughnuts and one shining diamond. Quickly sprinkle in some midnight stars and a cosy tent. Add a dash of Latch, Willow and Scruffy. Carefully mix together with Kenzie, Cat and colour. Add a pinch of family and friends. Bake for half an our in a tub of  triple choc chunk ice cream. Spray some dream and sunshine on top.

Serve with memories and a perfect comedy movie.

200m race
I was standing in my lane. I was freaked out!
My lane was number 7, I was taking deep breaths and I could see my mum with her camera ready to take a photo. I was so nervous. Ready, set, BANG!
The race started and I was in the lead. I thought I started 5 seconds early but no i was in first place. Then I looked back, that was a bad thing because I slowed down and now I was in 3rd place . I was puffing so hard, then I stepped on some stones and that really slowed me down now I was in 4th place.
My legs ached  so much. I could see the 3 people go over the finish line. I passed the finish line I came 4th. I was so happy with myself. I could hear myself puffing really loud. My races were over.

                               35+21=5                                8x3=24                                     42x5=210
(4x3)+(4x3)                             (40x5)+(2x5)
  12+12=24                                200+10=210

15x7=105
